Questions about Shipping, 

Shipping is free with purchase over $75 (sorry, domestic US orders only). Otherwise, please select the desired domestic and/or international shipping rate. We know shipping is annoying, but its a fact of life; somebody has to get paid for getting our goods to you too. 


Do you ship to International, Next-Day, PO Box/ APO?

Simply put: yes, no, and no.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 2 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Once you get an email with a tracking number your product was shipped out. 

When a payment is made, please not the ship date. Since we are trying to help save the planet by not being wasteful, orders with more than one product will be shipped when all components of the order are in stock. If you have any issues please email with your order number, and a few words regarding the matter. We will help get everything taken care of.

What if product is out of stock?

Generally if the product you would like to purchase is out of stock, this will be indicated in the product description of the product. If payment was already made please note ship date. 

How long will it take my product to get to me?

All Products are being shipped from Los Angeles, California.

Orders within the USA vary according to shipping option. For international shipping please allow for 2-4 weeks shipping time; this includes customs clearance. If you feel your order is being delayed or there are issues send over an email to


Questions about Returns & Exchanges,

If damaged goods or wrong products were received please email us over at within seven days of delivery. We will issue return label, and upon receipt of the damaged/incorrect product we will send replacement.

Unfortunately no returns or exchanges can be made on damaged goods. All returns must be received no later than 15 days following claim. Also unfortunately, we are not able to swap any damaged product after the first 7 days of delivery and no filed claim. No returns or exchanges on sale, markdown products, or gift cards as they are treated as final sale items.

Sadly we are not yet able to offer damaged exchanges on international orders. But we are working on it, email us and we will do our best to help you out as best as possible, we promise! 

If you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase, contact us within 15 days of delivery with a brief description of the problem and proof of purchase. We are, however, unable to provide a return label, and you are responsible for shipping.

Orders must be returned in unused condition and arrive in the same condition they were received. You will be issued a refund when product is received by us.

This is going to explain how we use your personal information, which is solely for our internal use only. 

What information is being collected?

The only information we collect is the information you provide us to have your order placed which is as followed: your name, your billing address, your shipping address, email address, and credit card information. 

There are a couple other data points that we collect with the sole purpose to ensure every transaction is a safe, legitimate, and secured one. This includes: IP address, browser type, Refer URL data and cookies. 

What do you do with my information? 

All data collected is stays solely within our company to help fulfill your order and for us to better understand you as a customer to offer you better service in the future. None of your information is going to be resold, redistributed, or shared with other parties.
